Problem linking account - ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ !! HELP PLEASE

So , I'am planningto switch to Windows 10 since it came out and wipe all and make new clean fresh installation .
I have ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ however when I go to settings and click "Disconnected Google" so I login and verify account to make SafeGuard , nothing happens . but when I click the facebook button , I can login but I guess facebook don't have SafeGuard thing .

So what I'am supposed to do . I had this account linked to an email on my tablet then moved it to my ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ fine if I remember right , but I'am not sure if it stays linked or not . and how to verify if it still linked .

Hi,

using anything other than a tablet/mobile device to play clash is banned.

I suggest you link it back to the device it's suppose to be played on, to test it open clash on the device whilst logged into that G+ acount.
