You can check out a guess post on my blog about recruitment here! Essentially don't be afraid to kick people out for not participating in war or for being too premature. You will throw out a lot of garbage before you get a viable war clan. Don't be scared to throw them out. There are millions of players out there in this game. You only need to find enough to war competitively.
