How will a max(almost) TH9 do in champs?

Getting up to champs is easy....ive seen th7(that dont use ♥♥♥♥) hit it, you can snipe if you want

1) I'm not quite sure what you mean.
2) Loot is maintainable but only because of loot bonuses. Snipes are very important.
3) My searches up in champ consist of many 3 trophy TH9s (who are in master/crystal), many 15-30 trophy TH10s (who are in champ), and the occasional 15-30 trophy TH9 (who is in champ).
4) Surgical loonion! With it you can arguably take out any TH9 and with practice you can 50% a number of TH10s. 24 loons, 46 minions, 4 wall breakers, heroes, 4 rages, 1 poison, and anything air in your cc.
