Lol 70 seconds? That's garbage, once offline you're available to be attacked, how long it takes? That varies. If TH is exposed and you're in a league where bonus matters then you'll most likely be sniped instantly (I am).

On revenge attack it takes about a minute and a half for coc to realize ur gone. Proven in PelicanTacos th2 push series..
