Higher Leveled Players Destroying me?

I'm a bronze 1, and I have a small and decent base with a not maxed at all town hall 6. I have constant streams of silver 2 and silver 1's being able to get to my base and destroy (With EASE) everything I have. This is ABSURD! I shouldn't have to deal with silver 2's and 1's being a bronze 1 myself. I have nothing to fight them with and all I can do is sit back and watch everything be destroyed because my defenses can't hold up against 200 level 5 archers. I'm honestly feeling like I should quit CoC because I constantly have no resources to build up because they're all being stolen. What should I do?

What I don't understand is why TH8's would have much of a reason to loot you.
I mean, the 50% penalty isn't worth it, and to top it off TH6's don't have much of a big loot max anyways...

You should raid in sessions where you can keep logged on between raids so you can't be attacked. Then raid using quick cheap armies like Barch or GiBArch. And the biggest tip of all is that the next button is your friend. Keep pressing next until you find a base giving lots of resources that you can easily take.

If you can, try to get enough to start your next upgrade before you log off so you have empty storages when you go on defence.

If you do all these things you should have no problem upgrading your base. Some will suggest putting your TH out but this probably won't save you in lower leagues that much, still worth doing though.

Maybe your trophies are too high. Put your town hall outside your base so you get easy shields, build a base that protects your resources only. Don't worry about trophies until you max your base...
