okay i figured out what 71727 is...its the same as 71725 which is also censored.
It has the same concept of how d40000go ignores the "0" and reads it as "dago" which is censored.
In 71727 and 71725 case it ignores the number "2" and it censores the 7175 and 7177. In l337 speak translated it reads "♥♥♥♥" or known as bewbs
1337 is an official language now, because it's being censored.
