Going to th10 what should I upgrade first in lab

So I'm an almost maxed th9 my king will be 29 in 2days n queen is at 30, I have 50 lavas left to do so thinking of hitting the upgrade button tomorrow. I'm leader of a clan so can't sit out of wars for too long I usually get paired with th10s in War so idk if I should do the 9.5 route.

I planned to get lvl 4 pekka first to donate lvl 5s by perk n then max freeze spell, then do my farm troops then golems then hounds, unless someone has a better idea through experience. I plan to keep a builder on queen since day one till she's lvl 40 though thx for help guys.

I'd do all the space upgrades first. So camps and cc. Spell factory also needs to be upgraded early on. Then whatever's best for your clan whether it be upgrading your war troops so you can hit harder or troops like peka that your clan uses a lot and now you can get the big pekka.
