Focus: Winning wars, 3 star attacks, improving war skills. Friendly, no bad language.
Recruiting: TH5, 6 or non-rushed TH7. TH8 only accepted if recently upgraded from TH7 or 100+ war stars and great donations record (i.e activity). Adults preferred, but kids who behave are also welcome. NO TH9s accepted unless highly recommended by trusted clan elder. NO new Th10s ever, period, no exceptions. Any TH10 this clan will have in the future will have gone from lower level TH with us.
Strategy: Th5-th7s attack early during war, then TH8 air, then TH8 ground. Th9s attack last. 3 star attacks on all TH8 and below. Low levels who cannot 3 star anybody attack high level opponents to show bombs, teslas and CC for future attacks.
War record July 27, 2015: 102 wins - 6 draws - 19 losses
Note: Many of our losses were during clan's first month when there was no "war and quality focus" like now. We currently (July 27, 2015) boast a record of 26 wins and 1 loss and 1 draw last 28 wars. The one loss was a COC clueless match up with a couple of maxed TH10s.

NO th10s accepted (believe me, have tried and they always suck if they don't have a clan already...)
International clan with war focus.
Ages 11-50 but we prefer new members to be adults or in late teens.
All leaders are adults (35-50).
Must speak English and communicate in chat.
War rules: lowest levels attack first, th9 attack last. Th8 drag attackers go before th8 ground attackers. Ignore recommended target and attack where you will very likely 3 star. Non 3 star attacks are a waste since somebody else will have to clean up for remaining star. War looting only ok if win is clear and clan message about it has been sent.
Donations: For war you ask for, and also get, anything you need to 3 star. For non-war we usually ask for archers and wiz, and don't specify level so all get a chance to donate. Lower levels are not expected to have great donations ratios.
We war always, but sometimes push starting time to suit those (lowest levels) expected to attack first half of war.
Elder based on war performance and trust, usually given after first 6 star war. CO only given to those who show leadership skills, good activity and a willingness to lead by example and chat. Donīt ask for elder or CO promotion. It will be given if deserved. New member acceptance and kick outs only done by CO leaders and long-time elders.
Its ok if you rushed a bit to th7-th8 but after that you max your base (walls included) and troops before even thinking of th9.
No bad language in chat, ever. Always friendly.

Btw: Its ok to suck at attacking if you are a low level player (th5-th6) as long as your attitude is good and we see improvement. It's all about trends and we will teach you what you need to know. Our th8s consistently 3 star ALL th8s. Our th9s often 3 star th9s. If you are TH7 or TH8 we prefer you to be reasonably good already.
