No boost this year.

For COC birthday this year they will give us a new trap: A birthday bomb for a limited time. When the trap is set off, it will drop 5 cakes, when you collect the cakes, each one will give you 5,000 Elixir.

It's similar as thhe santa strike and halloween pumpkin bomb, but now it's to celebrate CoC birthday.


It was announced in the chinese and japanese CoC official facebook pages.

What I want to know is are the traps re armable or do they just go away once triggered. If you can't even rearm it that's just really sad ya know.

Sorry Specialist Not even hogs will be able to trigger it. Hogs don't completely ignore walls which is why spring trap funnels work on hogs. They would simply route 1-2 tiles to either side and completely evade the trap.

If the trap is sorrounded by walls in the corner, try releasing 30 hogs lavaloonion style (covering the corner and both sides) and then tell me they will all be avoiding the trap....

I heard once the trap goes off a message is sent to you where you can respond with your address so they can send you an actual birthday cake. A small one of coarse. Otherwise it would get too expensive to mail out. I'll let you know how it tastes when I get mine.
