The only way you can buy gems is through in-app purchases. If you do not have a credit card to use for the iTunes or Google Play store, you can purchase an iTunes or Google Play gift card from stores in your area.

Hi if. Your using TM or Globe you can buy using your load balance, pile of gem is 225 php + 15% tax. Just enable globe telecom billing.

Apply for UNION BANK EON internet-based debit card and deposit account with fee only of 200 pesos...
When you get your card ready enroll it to your google account and use this google acct to buy gem... on COC
No tax and safe. I enrolled also this card to paypal for other business payment transaction online. Using it for past 2 years.

How? when i click my google play account under add payment method the credit card and paypal payment method are the only one appears no smart or globe payment method. tnx
