Level 2 hound if you love to use LavaLoonion. Level 2 witch if you love GoWiWi. Or level 3 golem if you love GoWiPe or GoHo.

I'd vote golems. Most useful at th9 attacks.

I'm going to go against the majority on this one. You can always get a max golem in your CC, and you don't normally need more than 2. Witch and hound upgrades are huge, so I would pick one of those based on what attack style you prefer.

My answer would be "not witch." Whether you go for golem or lavahound would really depend on your most common attack strategy. Do you use ground or air? If you use air even half the time, go for lavahound.
