Why do people put off heroes? ( TH9 )

Yeah probably because it sucks to sit out of war so much. I've got solid heroes myself, but not looking forward to 2 months or so of sitting out of war to finish them. Gonna start doing both all the time once I hit 4k trophies or so.

It takes about 200 days to upgrade the AQ from level 10 to level 30. Are you suggesting sitting out of wars for 6 months?

200 hundred days lol you`re silly it takes like 140 from 1-30

I've seen many people on the forums and clash have full Legos or Lavas and only 15/15 heroes or slightly higher it takes way longer to farm heroes then to farm walls so people really should be upgrading them every chance they get.
As for myself I have 15/15 heroes and only have 60 Legos, 155 skulls and 35 purple and almost max th9 defenses

My heroes are 12/12 (fairly new th9) and I upgrade them whenever I have the DE available. However im doing walls first so de isn't a priority- hence I'll be moving at a slower pace than most guys when it comes to hero upgrades. But I agree about walls- finished all Lego walls in 2 and 1/2 weeks... Not looking forward to farming de tbh.

yes, and its possible. I went 15 weeks going nonstop on queen lvl 15-30, and I really wanted to war, but yes I sat it out and it really isnt that bad. all u have to do is ask urself what so great about wars for a bit and youre fine. anyways, that works for me but im weird

I put them off to focus on the de for lab upgrades. I had my bk10 so just did aq to 10, then sent all my de into the lab til it was done. Lab was finished around the same time as most of my defenses, so now it's a couple more defenses walls and heroes left. Well until the dsf came out, now I'm pumping de back into the lab again so instead of doing both heroes at a time it's been one hero and a dark spell research as my focus.

Honestly heroes don't need to be very strong for me, I'm almost never in war. High lvl heroes take too long to wake up, the low lvl ones are weak but you can always have them for raids. I'm th 10 close to max defense and only lvl 7 BK+lvl 5 AQ.

If people like wars that much it isn't to hard to 2 star a th9 with only 1 hero

In good war clans, a 2 star is a failure. 3 stars are what everybody strives for.

King is worthless, or near worthless for farming. AQ level u should want higher... Keep her behind even barbs. I can normally last the complete boost session without her getting hit. Or if she starts to get hit end the raid n save her health.

I can imagine some people aren't good at DE farming. Like, I can get lots of gold and elixir, but I can't TOUCH DE.
And ofcourse everyone mentioning heros & war...

Now that walls have such a strong weighting in war, it is more important than ever to focus on heroes.
I've got my aq to 15 now after perma upgrading her since I got th9 a few months ago. Now I'll enjoy her for a week and then keep pushing on.

Heroes win wars! Not walls!
