Questions about Lightning Spells and Mortars

1. Who else thinks there should be another level added to the Mortars?

2. Who actually still uses the Lightning Spells? For what purpose? If I wanted to kill CC troops, I would use the Poison Spell.

i still use lightning spells when i barch, to take out mortars.
in my TH7 account, ill use 3 of em to take out an AD when i do giant healer

it still comes in handy if you are pushing and need to take out a building hut for that last %

the spell still has its uses. remember, the poison spell is only available at TH8.
TH7 and below still need that lightning spell

1. I think they are fine as they are now, no need for a new level until th11.
2. Sometimes I barch in masters and I take Lightning Spells if the attack will go badly and I need extra % points. Also I think th8s might still use it against ADs.

2. I never used lightning to kill cc troops, I only used it for barch for that last few %, dragon attacks at th7, and 813 light dragoon at th8. I still use it for those...

When I barch I use lightning strike to take out mortars. Adding a level to mortars starts to unbalance the game (IMO) and makes lightning really useless. But for strategically taking out splash damage defences with barch, it's an awesome spell.

My clan has alot of th8's and we mostly use rage in a drag attack, but there are some bases we use lightning on. We have 2 people that prefer lightning instead of rage.

do you seriously want to end barching once and for all?!?!?! First, they added another lvl (8), then they added a 4th one, then they increased the cost and the hitpoints of building, and now you want to add another lvl? Why dont we just make barbs take up 20 spots and archers cost as much as a pekka? Seriously..

If I find a loaded TH8/9 I will always zap a mortar to help my barch survive long enought to tank my queen.

I like to use a lightning spell on the townhall at the start of my attack. This let's the opponent know that the storm is coming!
