it's so full of snipes all around silver and gold you can make it to Crystal with no much difficulty if you really want
When I was pushing at th7 I got sniped by a TH6 who had ~2030 cups (might be one or two more or less cups I can't remember). Pretty surprising
You can snipe all the way to champion. It's very easy if you have patience. You can easily get to the amount of trophies you are looking for as a townhall 6.
There is TH5 at like 4300+ cups right now soooo

If you want to go for 1800 why not just push a bit harder and go for 2000? Get the gems for reaching crystal
