So I upgraded to th9 today and have already been hit by two th10. One with a level 30 queen. I am also finding it hard to get much storage loot from th8s as my spell factory is upgrading.
And I have not found a single collector raid today.
I am currently in silver 1 should I move up in leagues to farm league bonus?
Or should I change my farming army? I am currently using barch.

I use gibarch with a healer now. Works half well. Usually 8 giants, 8 wbs, 30 goblins, 1 healer, trying 2 heals soon, and 50/50 barb/archer. I am in same spot right now with spell fact down. I usually get just enough elixir to above usage but only gold really moving. Just need to be patient.
Th 9, BK 14 AQ 15, Skulls done with 210 Legos. Still working on the climb, struggling to make ends meet.

TH8 lvl GIBARCH sucks.
My nephew upgraded to TH9 two weeks ago, after the xbows, he is currently spending all of his gold into walls. His priority was to upgrade his lab and spell factory and after that he started to work on camps. It is necessary to get the offensive power running on 100% (that means lvl6 GiBarch, Archer Queen lvl 5, 4th spell and 220 camps capacity <- this should be your priority now). To avoid get raided by strong TH9/10, spend all of your gold into walls and keep your gold storage empty. This way you should be able to accumulate enough of elixir.

I myself am a Th9, and when I farm I can usually get a few sweet spots in the gold leagues. Anywhere from 1580ish to 1900's you can find good sweet spots (not everything in that range is a sweet spot however). And at one point I was trying to farm down there too (and also had the same issues with farming as you). But once I moved up I was able to farm a lot more effectively on most collector raids. Not really the loot bonuses there though. Anyways I hoped this helped in some way!

Don't break your shield so often (looks like you are breaking shield several times an hour according to your log), raid in sessions (stay online), spend all the loot (walls), leave your townhall out. I'd also say move up in league. You will still get wrecked as all early th9's do. Have to power through that first month.
Storage raid.
Only break your shield for 2-3 raids or more, unless it would otherwise expire on its own without any raids.
Move up in trophies a little to where a TH snipe is profitable enough for people to do it, and put your TH out totally free and clear and surrounded by decorations.
Get lvl6 giants as soon as possible.
Keep your queen behind those lvl6 giants as much as possible.
