TH7 DE Farming?

I am currently trying to max my king, minions, and hogs as soon as possible. Any advice on what trophy range to farm in and or what army compositions are best for a TH7?

For DE, I'd say you should sit in Gold League, perhaps G2. Going to Crystal league might be too much for a TH7. As for what army, a standard bam should do the job. Note that when you want DE, you should have some resources ready to waste, same for trophies. You might end up spending your entire army to get to the DE storage and not steal any elixir or gold, thus you should be ready to have negative profits on those 2, but positive on dark. Same for trophies, your main goal is the dark elixir, therefore the victory may or may not come.

For a th 7 wouldn't bam kinda chew up the de he is trying to save for? Not sure if minions at that level would help as much as he may need.

However I agree about the trophies and extra elixir and gold. He will have to next a lot and likely blow a ton of raids just forcing the troops into the DE. DE raids if that is all you are after tends to be a practice in patience. You will spend a ton of armies on the de and once you get that, best to save the rest of your army for the next attack unless have a whale base with a ton of other loot available.

Yeah I feel like BAM would be ineffective since I am trying to save DE.

I have a new th7 and have been for lack of a better word surgical barching and it's working really well so far......much much easier than the previous two visits to th7, tons of full drills in gold 3.

I got ALL my DE upgrades done at TH7. Piece of cake!
Wanna know my army? Just good ol' standard BArch.
Go for DE storages that are not central.

Until you get the barb king, use GiWiHe(Giant, Wiz, Healer, Wall ♥♥) at a 1000 trophies range. <--You already have him
Then begin a push to Crystal, where you will use the loot bonus to get DE by town hall sniping. Use standard barch+some wall breakers. I'm pushing, and I managed to get to Gold 3 from 1000 trophies in a few days.

It's not worth going to Crystal at all! I did ALL my DE stuff at TH7 with BArch in Gold III. No need to push!
