How Was Titan 3 In Terms Of Sniping?

I'm a mid th9 currently at champ 3 and started sniping for win bonus when I have full legos and 10/5 heroes, now I only have a hundred legos and 21/21 heroes so I think farming for win bonus really works for me.

Now I'm thinking of climbing to titan 3 for the fancy badge and continue my sniping there but I want to know first if I'll be able to find a lot of base I can snipe there like in champ 3.

You'll be fine until about 4100, move your townhall in after 4100, basically all max 10's after that. I have been farming low Titan3 for awhile, currently at 3973 heading back up to 4400 here are my last few raids so you can see time between searches (these are all snipes)

So you can see about 10 snipes in 3 hours.
