My clan has done 3 wars. Lost all. First war, the had WAY toughter bases, second war they had WAY tougher armies, and third war they were better in EVERY WAY! This isn't fair for a small clan like us! We used most attacks in first 2, in last it didn't help that 2 people left with using attacks and 1 person just didn't use them.
Why are these INSANE Mismatches

My best guess with the very limited info is you have some high level rushed bases hurting your matching.

Clash life goes on, I'm sure you will find war matches that will favor you soon, just hold for now.
Don't search for more than 10 minutes. The longer the search, the more unfair it gets.
Takes 2-3 mins, so there's obviously a problem.
Don't think I'm going to war until we get 20 solid members

Our clan just got it...
2 th10 vs 8 th10.
Whoever wrote the matchmaking program should be sacked. Idiots.
Last war a mid TH9 got matched with a defensively maxed TH10 that had trash walls.
We told one of our newer members to lightning the cc....He dropped a lightning spell on the actual cc - no luring the troops or anything. Guess we should have been more specific...
the walls hero balancing actually makes it more a problem
When you make a thread about mismatch when in your favour, supercell will fix it. I promise.
