♥♥♥♥ers, Clash need a better report system?

Hi, recently someone on my War triggered every Giant Bomb on the base of my clanmate.

I discovered then that Clash doesn't have any system for properly reporting.

Is that hard for Supercell to give us a system so we can share replays with their moderators? Simply a report button on the configuration for us to report ♥♥♥♥ers?

Why Supercell don't care about it? Use us, honest players, to fight against ♥♥♥♥ers (put at least the fear of a straight ban if caught ♥♥♥♥♥ing).

If you've ever tried to use support you get an automated reponse that might or might not have anything to do with what you sent in.

I mean, do you really expect someone to type individual unique messages for every report? That's never going to happen and shouldn't happen because there aren't enough hours in the day to handle every complaint directly. In the world of Customer Care/Service in general, they will always send an automated response to the initial complaint. If your complaint (or in this case report) is valid, then a representative will look into the issue, solve it, and send you a more personal response.


OP point about sharing replays may be valid. His call-out of putting a "fear of straight ban" is already in place.

The base didn't had any space for double Giant Bombs, all of them where outside (yes, noob clanmate) in which this guy proceed to blow each one of them with.. Hog Riders.

There wasn't any holes between the trash buildings.

so you're saying there is no real proof, you are just assuming

dude, either he watched a war replay and saw where they are, he knew the base, or you were dumb enough to let one of the members of their clan into yours and they scouted your traps, either way, they did nothing wrong so reporting him would be pointless.

Happened to us too. Exactly as u , giant bombs out. Triggered all of them. But it was before the April update. There exists sites that can do it. I dont know why supercell doesn't do anything about it

The first time I reported someone who was ♥♥♥♥♥ing (and yes it was obvious) I gave a pretty detailed summary of what happened. The SC response was a few sentences explain that nobody can get free gems in the game and anyone saying that is trying to scam me. At least make it something somewhat related to what I put in.
