What to upgrade next...

Barbs to 7...arch to 7...giants to 7...drags to 4(for war cc purposes)... I have no idea what to upgrade

Whatever you use the most. If you donate a lot to the clan do dragons.

It really depends on you. If you farm with barch, then I'd upgrade the barbarians first because they are the tanks, and then obviously upgrade the archers too. If you donate dragons a lot, then upgrading them would be nice for your clanmates. If you use giants to farm, then yet again, upgrade them.

I am currently focusing on war troops.
Golems are done
Wizards are in the lab
And then Pekkas.

Assuming you have those done already, I'd go to the farming troops: barbs, archers, then giants.

Is there no one else in your clan with lvl4 dragons?
Are you a lvl5 clan?

We are only a level 3 and we only have one guy with level 4 drags yet he is only in war 10% of the time. We only do 10 and 15 man wars so it's not like we use drags for every cc but maybe like 3-5 per war.

You should prioritize your farming troops first, then war troops. The ones you don't use much should be save for last.

Personally, I think the whole high HP cc fad will die out when players start going more into eq and haste spells.

but level 7 barch is better and more secure to get more loot
