Th9 3* pros advice needed

We are heading for a tough war, and I'm the number 1 guy for our clan, both the enemy 1 and 2 have the same odd base design, and 3*ing them both would be great, they are both max apart from walls and heroes. I usually use gohog, but am open for suggestions. My troops are all max apart from witches, golems, and valks. My king is 15, queen is 10, and I will not have dark spells. I also have max camps and a max cc for th9.

Those perimeter AT's and WT's make this such a balloon able base. No problem at all for a lavaloonion raid.

I was looking at a balloon hog crossover, here are my thoughts:

-One giant+4 loons on each of the top two archer towers, hopefully the loons can clear the at all the way down to the mortar on both sides.
-One loon at the top should take out the top cannon and mortar.
-8 hogs on each side of the southern mortar+one heal per group should take out the mortar up to the at on both sides.
-Finally send in a golem+heroes and a few wizards to clean out the core, which most likely will have 4 teslas and the two xbows as the only ground defenses. They will however encounter the enemy cc, but should have 2 spells to help them out (a jump and a heal).

My biggest concerns are time, and whether or not such a finite attack will work through every stage. Sny thoughts on this plan?

What an absolute terrible base design. They are just hoping your troops run around the outside for one star.

This base is called cant touch this. Very easy holo. There are many videos on youtube how to crush it.
