Will putting my DE storage outside help me?

It won't work on TH10s for sure, I don't think 1000 DE will attract them, plus they're 2 TH lvls below you, I'm pretty sure their barch alone would 3-star you. Now TH9s on the other hand, see 1.8K DE, and that isn't a bad amount for most people. Also, you actually have a chance at defending against them, although it's pretty slim and usually all you can do is hope for a bad atk.

So, who do you usually get attacked by? If TH10s pretty often, there really is no point. They will ignore you, or go after your whole base. Might as well keep TH in corner and hope for free shield.

If TH9s, you can give it a go. However, from personal experience, high up there, I would nvr take the DE and just leave, I would always go for TH or 50% as well. If I was nexting for snipes, low on troops, and found your base with exposed DE (But not TH), I would sigh and next your base.

Seeing as you're not concerned about keeping the DE since you can make it back, I would go ahead and give it a go but I think your safest option is just to keep TH in corner and hope for free shield. If you wanna be safe, then keep your DE storage in the corner also, or maybe even all/most of your storages.

If you are pushing and dont care about loot, make your walls say take me to champ and put loot on one side of the base and th with defences on the other. Some will give you cups just to show their clan the setup and get free loot.

I think as a townhall 10 you can get people to snipe you de and leave at that trophy level. As a townhall 8 they are to excited about getting a free win to stop at the de.

Except all of these,Bad metchmarking will give ppl 30-40 cup from me but i only can get 3 trophy fom ppl,

Just lost 22 cup now
My brother went inside of home,I clicked on search,So it will be a longer time that game kick me to offline players,And get there to open door of home for him so he can get his car inside
When i went to my phone game has been crashed and some GOOD ( :| ) guy with lava lonion maxed attacked me and got 22 trophies from me lol
P.S:Any good trap bases?

Why not wait until you are TH9 or 10 when you have the offensive/defensive power to more easily reach Champs?

Do you only get attacked by other TH8s? Because a trapped TH8 isn't going to stop a TH9 or TH10 - in fact, it will probably give them more of a reason to 3-star you.
