Will putting my DE storage outside help me?

Hi im a mid th8
My question is will putting my de storage outside make ppl just hit it and stay outta my whole base?
P.S:I put my th outside but some ppl will hit me 2 star and -10 - -20 Trophies
P.S #2:im in master 1 - 3030 pushing to champs.DE isnt important for me just need trophies!

Put your TH outside and pray for 1 star. That's your best bet.

It is already outside!But for much trophies they got i sometimes get 2 starred and lost 10 to 20 trophies

Agree with this. You may get lucky just putting your DE out but most who attack up here also want the win loot bonus.

I will agree with the general consensus...the win bonus is too much of a draw for the majority of clashers at that level. I know you said that you want to earn trophies, but another alternative is to minimize the damage. You said that you are getting hit for two stars, but if you put your TH outside, there is a chance that you will just get sniped. In the end you will still lose trophies with the assumption that your overall loss was smaller than if your TH was sitting hidden behind a bunch of walls and defences.

My th is already outside,But idk why (cuz of that metchmark)
No one has more than 2 trophies for my but anyone attack me even snipe my th i lost 10 trophy :/
Also,Would traping my th help me?
(ikt,It is a bad thing,But i need to :/)

You're a TH8 in masters, forget about defense, you may get lucky with trapping your TH, a th7 may come by with only 20 archers (happened to me a few times). TH in or out you are probably going to get destroyed by TH9s and 8s

I saw a base of a TH8 attacker who sniped me. He had full elixir, full DE, and maybe 2/3's full gold storage's free for the taking but his TH was in the middle.

I tried to revenge him with the plan of taking the loot and giving him a 40% shield and some cups as a thank you but obviously revenge is never available up here so i wasn't able to get through (he's still on my list so i'll keep trying).

Doing something like this may work on occasion but my guess is in the long run you're still better off praying for 1* with the TH outside.

It won't work on TH10s for sure, I don't think 1000 DE will attract them, plus they're 2 TH lvls below you, I'm pretty sure their barch alone would 3-star you. Now TH9s on the other hand, see 1.8K DE, and that isn't a bad amount for most people. Also, you actually have a chance at defending against them, although it's pretty slim and usually all you can do is hope for a bad atk.

So, who do you usually get attacked by? If TH10s pretty often, there really is no point. They will ignore you, or go after your whole base. Might as well keep TH in corner and hope for free shield.

If TH9s, you can give it a go. However, from personal experience, high up there, I would nvr take the DE and just leave, I would always go for TH or 50% as well. If I was nexting for snipes, low on troops, and found your base with exposed DE (But not TH), I would sigh and next your base.

Seeing as you're not concerned about keeping the DE since you can make it back, I would go ahead and give it a go but I think your safest option is just to keep TH in corner and hope for free shield. If you wanna be safe, then keep your DE storage in the corner also, or maybe even all/most of your storages.
