Now that clans levels are an important part of the game, especially in war, I would really like to see an option to change our clan name. (even if only once)
Clans are sometimes part of clan families, which split up or may disagree at times. I feel its only logical to be able to change the clan name if you want to leave that particular family of clans without having to go start a level 1 clan all over again.

I love it as an option. But I'm sure someone suggested that in IFR. Search for it and assist him and I will be right behind you

I agree that a name change could work, but I don't think it will solve the issues over long time. People, if they are smart, will use the name change right away, either if they want to change it and waited for this for long, or if they are currently happy with the name and don't want anybody to accidentally change it. What I am trying to say is that people might change it now so that no intruder will get to change their clan name, and after several months when the leadership changed, this option will be unavailable and people will request it again. A clan name change is different than a player name change because the ownership of the player does not usually changewhile the ownership of a clan can change anytime and is not against the ToS.

Why not. I think a one time name change would be fair. Maybe some of the deez nutz clans will change their name. Im all for it.

But they can't change it...Keep it the same. In the first place the name was given for a reason, just keep it the same, as people will change it then want to change it again. So I vote no.
