The loot at townhall 10 is significantly lower than townhall 9. That's part of your problem. What trophy level are you at?

It depends on the time of day you raid and what league you are in. I was having problems finding loot right after update but it seems everything is back to normal now. I am finding good loot as a new TH9.

Just push up to high leagues and get loot bonus
Lots, literally LOTS of loot up in High Masters.
You're gonna need to bring a few Freeze spells, though...
I'm a th 10 and I have NO problem finding loot hanging out in the gold leagues. I am there now not bc I'm hiding but bc I am fairly new and the upgrades are expensive! I know people won't believe me if I tell them how much I get so I'll post my last 9 raids.

I go for collector raids and I'm currently in gold 1 and there's barely anything I came from silver and couldn't find anything anyone know where I can go to get loot
