This only worked with norks because there have been so few players that even at night it is not so likely you find someone speaking English. If you start speaking English in a global with the minority speaking another language you will get reported away because it is only annoying.
Also in Nork the players are still much higher than anywhere else and there is no place where you find titans with maxed heroes so frequently.
