Well, a "season", after the last date does not appear to be the two weeks that it was in the past. According to the wiki it is now a month. The recent reset did nothing to attacks won or donations. So, that may change what you are asking. Also, if the attacker is a TH sniper, attacks won may be artificially high (much like donators like me have high XP levels).
In this game it is very difficult to find a single stat that will give you clear insight. I really think it takes multiple stats to tell you anything about a player.
Still, 15,000 attacks is huge even if it is TH sniping
