Small clan war adjustment

My idea is


To be able to call dips on your enemies war bases. It does not mean that you are locked on that base, i just want to be able to place a friendly marker on the base you plan to attack so you know if the base is free to take or if it is dipsed. Of course you can just plan it in the chat, but if you are distracted in irl it would suck to have a clanmate steal the base you planned to attack. Therefor a dips marker.
