Better Clan war Matchmaking! Improved Reporting system

Recently I have made a new clan with 20 strong members,when I decided to go to war you are always put up with lvl5-7 clans who have a lot more experience in war than us. That said we get absolutely destroyed in war and the fact they are able to donate a troop which increases its level by 1,is really unfair because we get these clans all the time which makes the clan progress very slowly.
Also one other thing u can improve is the reporting system in addition sometimes I get reported for no reason or people being arrogant because they are too low level to join my clan so they turn against me and therefore I get banned for 24 hours. It would be great if u could reduce the amount of time while banned on global or somehow improving the system like having different categories to report players if necessary.

I would appreciate it if u would take some time and think about these ideas implemented to Clash!

#Better War Matchmaking: This is already a good war matchmaking. Just because your clan members don't know how to attack, that doesn't mean you should get weaker opponents to practice. No, you get opponents of your level of troops and base, the clan level just comes along with that. It's nothing new that a clan with 150 war wins is beaten by a clan with 20.. again, teach your clan members to attack better instead of asking for weaker opponents.
#Improved Reporting System: I have no idea about this, I never spend time on global and never got banned. I will leave someone with better experience on this field to comment about this point.

The matchmaking takes into account the fact that they are a level 5 clan so they most likely are slightly worse then you. Also there is no reason why matchmaking should be based on the fact that your clan is bad at wars and should get to face other clans that are bad at wars.
