Hello and welcome on the forums. Please read the sticky threads before creating a new topic, since you might find out the idea you are about to suggest has been ruled out. In this case, your suggestion cannot be implemented into the game because it was ruled out by SuperCell. This has to do with people who would create multiple accounts, upgrade their mines and collectors, and would keep on donating to the main account.. like an endless source of resources.
