Anyway, I like the concept. Definitely about raising a unit's HP. Now, you said it would be after Smasher's Drought Spell. So, assuming that spell would be for Town Hall 9, I'm guessing this one would be for Town Hall 10? (Sorry if you mentioned it, didn't see it anywhere). However, I would say don't worry about placing your troops after other hypothetical ones right now, as I think this spell would be better fit for Town Hall 9, because it would greatly help with Hogs vs. Double Giant Bombs.
One other thing: I say remove the Healing Effect. It's a Dark Spell so it shouldn't be too powerful, and having it heal defeats the purpose of the Healing Spell. So, I suggest you remove the Healing and just increase the amount of HP it buffs per level.
