This message should only pop up when you DON'T have a shield.

This is the only time I do base designs and sometimes I don't wanna log off when I have to do something else for a couple of minutes. I come back, I'm disconnected and have to restart CoC again even though I have a shield.

It's just a little inconvenient that's all.

Just have it for those who don't have a shield.
