I personally think that Barbarians and Archers should take same time to train....barch is an amazing strategy from when u start all the way through to TH 10 (and possibly 11+ if added) I want to have your opinions! What do u think?

You're wrong - if you go down this route you could argue that all units should take the same time to train or the training time should be proportionate to the housing space. And then you could argue the same for the cost.
However I see where you're coming from and from a selfish point of view, as someone who just wants roughly equal numbers of barbs and archers but just wants to queue each barracks up without having work out the rate of barbs per archer - you're absolutely right.
The time for archers is fine, they are one of the most used troops and are part of most of a lot of attack strategies, so if you want to increase the time for barbarians to match the archers, I'm okay with it, but the other way around I doubt SuperCell would reduce the time for the archers to match the barbarians.

I think it is fine now, why does this concern you, it does seem that archers are that little more powerful than barbarians so the extra time in training would be worth it
