In my opinion, I don't think the devs really look for ideas on the forums to be honest.

If they don't look at the forums, then why is there an Ideas and Requests section?

If it's a good idea they implement it eventually. There is no specifics to what they add or don't add though.
I didnt mean when they will include it I meant after how many views when would they consider it and when will the forum administrators tell the developers about a popular idea.

There is no specific number, they will perhaps check those topics with multiple replies, which show the interest of the community in the idea. If it's a good idea, they will hear about it, even if the topic is not that popular.

I sawed the haste spell earthquake spell idea on forum before update.I think suppercell saw ideas on forum.
