What about a sheduled war?
U can chose the day(s) u want Or even continuously war with the time u want to start (maybe have fixed times like on the hour - Or every second - to have better matches and less differences between the clan strenght). Once sheduled u can stop it like 2 hours before or something like that

this would solve lots of problems and bring some nice effects like stable time and fairness but costs flexibility which i personally dont need in this point

I hate losing a war day because of SuperCell patches which also push the clan war time back even further.

A 23 Hour War Prep would be awesome !

But that presents another problem. Many of us count on that delay so that we have time to get off of work/school, get dinner, kids to bed, etc. to then get in the final attacks.
I like this offset but PLEASE include an extension on the other end also! Making war day 26-28 hours long would be ideal for my clan.
