If I haven't already, I sign thisI'm all for it, really easy yet useful fix and no downside. It usually takes our clan about an hour to find a war match, and this would help so much.

There are two russian people in our clan. They are around 8 hours ahead of us. If we start one of our wars at 9:00 pm (we did that) they would have only the awake part of the day to attack.
Potato and Carrot.
not quite sure what you're getting at, but war would still be 24 hours, so they'd still be able to attack at any given time in a full day.
