Jump spell vs earthquake

Quake is totally underatted. I feel like the ai works much better with earthquake than with jump spell.

Soooo what's the difference? If you have a lvl 3 jump spell then it's just as useful and takes up half the spell room than 4 earthquakes. Thoughts and opinions ⬇️
