Kinda thinking that something like that would start giving people the means to make multiple accounts on the same device. Which has been a Nono from the start I believe. It still happens though. You would end up with someone with 25 account all in same clan giving to themselves and abusing this. Or going to war with all his own accounts.

Most of the games for mobile or tablet devices use this system, and actually I cannot think of a popular one right now to use user/pw system. Also I am pretty sure the current system of logging in is also linked to the option of in-app purchases. Anyway, this would be a massive change to do at the moment, since there are millions of accounts to play the game, and this would ask ALL of them to create an ID and password all of a sudden, while all until now they played it with the current system. A lot of people would get confused so I'm against this idea.

Ok. I see. By linking is the easiest and simplest. If u wanna to change coc account , need another gmail account and login to coc again.
