Rival Clans

I think it's a smart idea to have one or a few "rival" clans of the leader and co-leader's choice. You could make a special rival chat for the leaders and co-leaders of each rival clan to discuss when they will conduct war.

Arranged wars would be unfair for those clans with academies or alternative clans. They would just end up fighting with each other continuously and raise one of them by keep allowing them to win.
Also, arranged wars would imply that most of them would be unfair, bad matches, where only one would win. I think it's best to leave the clan wars random as they are now.
