I think it would be an awesome feature to add a rotation button to the town hall to improve base design.

Does.. it really matter? It's a base design not a fashion competition, nobody will check how it looks, every attacker will just focus on their target. Also, the most which I could see being done about this is to swap the TH on the other side, like a mirror of the current one, but for the back of it I highly doubt SuperCell will design the icon of the TH in all 4 positions.
