I think its time to battle at your experience level not the trophy level. Too many people are " farming down" so they can attack smaller bases. I think the trophy level is important but too many ♥♥♥♥♥ers only sending one troop out to keep their trophy level small. There is NO chance for revenge at that point. Please consider this option.
