Co-Leader Promotions

Co leaders can promote other elders to co leader and this has been a problem to me because everyonce and a while someone will promote another to co leader and that new coleader will kick everyone and change the description which is horrible! To further prevent this if you could in an update make it so only leader can promote elders to coleaders so I don't go on clash with no members or all co leaders.

I agree. You shouldn't be able to promote somebody to your level.

The most I'd go with is adding a restriction for promoting, like 1 promotion to CO every 20 minutes for the existing Co-Leaders, however I wouldn't take it from them. There are times when the Leader is away for few days and the Co-Leaders need to be able to manage the clan if needed to.
Still, the best solution to prevent such issues from happening is not to promote every new player to Co, but only the old members from your clan, who wouldn't have any reason to go crazy unless you perhaps disrespect them or stuff like that. My clan has 50 members and 6 Co-Leaders and we never had this issue.

How about you dont promote members to CO who will then promote the bad players to CO as well. You have to control your own clan and promote those to CO whom you trust the most.

I suggest instead of no co-leader promotions at all, there should be a clan setting where the leader can choose if that should be possible or not.

Nope I disagree with this, what if the leader went inactive or something, I think co leader should be able to promote other people to coleaders.

I agree with you frosticewolf just in case like other people were saying the leader went inactive. But I wasn't trying to say no co leader promotions at all I was saying only the leader could promote elders to co.

The leader and co leaders are the one controlling the clan but if everyone can become co leader without the leaders permission because of the co leader that is not good I usually only keep 2or 3 coleaders in my clan.

Ya I know but one time time the coleader got angry because we weren't winning the wars so he decided he was gonna promote some others to co and then kick everyone just because he was angry and then left.
