i) Do you guys guide players who wish to learn/master war strategies?
ii)Do your war clan allow reasonable mistakes or you will kick them if they fail to get stars?
iii)Are members allowed to move from war clan to the farming clan occasionally?

Answering your questions :
- Yes we do. Whenever a new strategy arises or we make one we encourage members to try it for few days in farming/pushing then try it in war
- Mistakes are allowed as long as the player don't repeat and gets better. Kick is only an extreme solution and our members follow rules with no problems. Bad performance for many wars mean opting out for 1,2,3 wars but not kick for sure
- Moving from war clan or opting out of war is very normal. We have a minimum of 30 members who should be in war when number is below that some members will be opted in and notified. But never needed this anyway.
