Clash has nothing to do with religion, so you're good.

We've implemented a strict "no religion and/or politics discussion" rule in our clan. Nothing good can come of it.

Both of these. There happens to be 1 Israeli 1 Palestinian in my clan. Has been for years. They wish each other the corresponding: happy Eid, Hanukkah, and so forth.....and that's that.
The fact that they live astride the most hotly contested border in recent history means little, they are brothers in clash.

I agree all the nationalities do not matter. We have a lot discussion about everything in our WhatsApp group. We all have become friends and honestly I am more happy to talk to my clanmates than to all the other people in real life. There are only some minimum rules of behaviour that I set. For example no porn in our group because we have younger players as well.

If your members aren't arguing then there is no need to worry. My clan did have some issues with this though. We basically implemented a rule stating that any (long) discussion -- that is to say, a short "Merry Christmas" or more recently for Muslims "Eid Mubarak" is allowed -- on a religious, political, or any other controversial subject is not allowed. It's worked for my clan a lot. We haven't had an issue for a year now.

I dont know why you should no discuss political things or share your opinion as long as it does not spam the chat too much. Everybody can share his opinion. If a player gets offended because of it and starts insulting other players, throw him out because you dont want such players anyway.

Your clan is diverse. That is a strength. I assume most are active and you can log in at any time of day or night and chat or get troops. How could that be bad?
