This issue involves healers becoming attached to a single character or group of characters in battle that are fully healed, while neglecting other troops on the map (that may be as close as just a few tiles) that are quickly losing health. This is an especially frustrating issue given that the characters that often need the health are so close. If you could adjust the Healers' affinity to assist characters in need of health (perhaps this just involves expanding their range of awareness), they could be used much more effectively.
