I suggest you stick with your normal farming base so people will snipe you then leave, better then getting 3 starred..

Have you checked Base Design, Tactics & Strategy? Or go to sites like clash of clans builder.
There is a whole sub-forum of base designs on these forums, have a look. Also not a smart move to give out your e-mail address on a public web page, I would edit your post and remove it.

Your base cannot stand against th10s especially with those low level walls. Offer your th as a snipe and hope people are nice is your only defense imo.
