When you consider they added lvl 5 drags and dark spells, the two air sweepers will be a good fit over all. As usual Super cell knows what they are doing and works to balance things out.
I got nothing

The air sweeper is a GREAT addition to the game. A lot of people brush it off since it can't do damage.
However, you should point the air sweeper so when air troops cross its path, it blows them into defenses.
I've seen dragoon attacks stopped on TH7s because of the air sweeper. It has taken a mindless, 3-star strategy to a strategy you know how to THINK and SCOUT the base before attacking, otherwise you could end up with a 1 star.

Depends on the strength of the poison I guess. Even minimal damage would be more appealing then nothing. Kinda like the shock cannon in boom beach.
Sometimes I find the air sweeper actually helps keep my healers alive by keeping them back while giants destroy a deep air defines![]()
The air sweeper is good. Not OP, but adds an addition to the game that attackers have to consider, as it should be. I'm very glad they added the haste spell to even it out as well.
I don't think adding DPS to it would be a very good idea though, seeing as it can do a lot if placed correctly.
When defending, try placing it behind the queen or some AD, this way they can rain down heavy DPS on the troops meanwhile the troops are delayed in getting to the AD and/or queen due to the air sweeper. I find this very effective and haven't lost to an air raid ever since the new update.
