How to Gain Experience Fast Without donating a single troop!
This is my little guide on gaining experience with out Donating!
How to gain Fast experience, in between donating, helping making a profit, and with out spending a gem!
*Before reading on please don't take the thread as seeing donations as a negative in game! I love donating and its a great way of increasing experience level! This is for the players looking to get a quick experience boost over a short period of time, combining this with donating makes for a huge experience gain!

Introduction
A bit of history, Iv played Clash for nearly three years, and when I started players would be identified with their experience level next to their Name in chat, global and leaderboards. Even though Supercell removed this and replaced it with league, probably due to people would generally base the "Do I Attack" Question on players level, the higher the level the less likely a player would attack. (that's my theory anyway).

But since then Iv always strived to keep my level at a decent level, Iv been with my clan since January 2013, (I was inactive up until I joined them) maybe with a few breaks in between, so it was fairly easy to amass the 180,000 Donations I have on my counter, Granted it's not 100% True to my numbers due to the Profile introduction of the August 2013 Update, BUT it's not far out as my "Friend In Need" Dinged early July 2013.
The Clan is international and has always been, majority hailing out of USA & UK, myself being English, so our time zones would cross over and was able to amass reasonable counts, we also used to run a in clan donation competition, based around the clan shield, (early forum days we had a fair presence, but never had a set shield, due to this) the winner would choose the clans shield for the coming week. A year or so ago I decided to leave the coldness of England and Start traveling the world, been a few countries so far but, currently backpacking around Australia, so since then my donating has dropped a little, I'm still active but there are less requests during my time zones, or I have no wifi or signal, depending on location, so have since tried to find better ways to attain XP.
Different Methods of attaining XP except donating.
I would Upgrade every building & upgrade as soon as it drops from an update, for the sweet XP Boost, and scrounged to accomplish as many achievements as possible, now I have the long tedious ones left. And Making sure to remove all obstacles for the if I'm lucky 5 XP!
For those that are not aware you get XP for Town Hall destroying, the amount reflected with the Town Hall level, 1-10 a hit (This also includes war take out as well)
The same with all goblin missions, destroying the main hut gives bonus XP, 1-8 depending on the level, (maximum 8 XP from the last few bases, due to Th8 being the highest Town hall upon introduction, Maybe an update supercell ��)
The favourite one to hit in the goblin missions over and over is "Goblin Picnic" An Archer queen has the range to hit the hut, while cloaked without taking a single hit of damage and getting 5xp at a time! Easy... The scrolling through the missions is tiring, and a mis calculation on AQ drop can lead to a bit of waiting, but it does add up eventually.

Good donating days add up, but the elixier cost also does, and if your looking for a quick boost and clan hopping, the quickest to make is hogs and giants, but once you plow rough through your Camps, your left waiting! And intense Donaters Recouporate elixir and dark elixir cost by paying to refil their storgaes, and some boost or out right gem to refil the barracks. Donating while saving up for upgrades, or even war armies can hurt and slow progress.
Finding Out The Process
So this league I dropped down to silver, Two reasons, some easy loot, especially now as the zappers have gone, keeping DE is easy so bam is a viable army, with out being reliant on league bonus.
And def wins, as I said above I still have the long achievements left, and before I make a push to Titan league, (personal best is just above 4,000, if I'd known if have kept going) I want to complete "Unbreakable"
So while I was logging in and dropping down to 900 trophies every 10 or so Def wins, I saw an unspeakable amount of exposed Town Halls, a lot more than I could imagine, so I started hitting them for some small experience boosts and before I know it I was on 200/300 Wins and an increase of about 2800 On my experience bar.
I was able to hit a Town Hall back out and hit search in around 10/15 seconds, time may vary on queen level and troop level.
30 Minute Process Test
So to test the kind of XP gains I was looking at I did a 30 Minute Test Pictures provided below of the start and Finnish!

I didn't donate during this period, but I did have to log off and wait for a Defence win as after a period of time of quick hits I would loose league and weekly ATT/DEF stats, (making it look like a league reset) and a defence win corrects the numbers.
With an increase of 823 Experience in this time just from hitting town halls in 90 Attacks, while also getting a nice few loot hits, which can be found in the bonus section, approximately 3 wins a minute.
My Process
I would start at around 900 trophies, and I will troop drop with two fingers, if that doesn't work or a miscalculation I would launch the queen, making light work of a town hall, if she was out I would drop the troop required for the Town hall level, kill clash and reload. (Methods below) I would also drop a troop on a base with an unexposed Town hall to help keep the trophies at a decent level, your looking at a 4/5 having a Town Hall outside and the trophies quickly add up, so negate them and I try to stick between 1000-1300.
I would also hit Collector raids as I go along, anything above 100,000+ Clearly in the collectors, these ones I usually try to loose, to once again balance out the trophies.
Throwing in donations depending on your clans rate of requests the XP keeps coming.
Taking out the Town hall
There are three ways to quickly and effectively take out a town hall.
The first is cloaking a queen and backing out, quick and simple, if the Town Hall is trapped just back out, helps balance trophies and stops your queen from being hit. Depending on queen level depends on speed of Town hall take out.
The downside to using the queen, is a mortar can still splash damage her while she is cloaked. The second is a Giant Bomb that isn't tripped until a an archer spawned from the ability trips it off and it clips your queen.
The second, if your precise enough, (the same method used to quickly drop trophies, with out continued dropping and backing out) Tapping two fingers at the same time, dropping a troop and hitting next, quickly done can run through the leagues quicker than anyone can think! Takes practice to get it done quickly.
You can use this to your advantage and place a troop on the Town hall and hit next, there are two ways of knowing if this worked, your selected troop count drops by one and if your quick enough, the target indicator will flash up on the town hall & looking back at the attack log you will see replays but they won't play fully and are notified with a "Unable to play replay" or something along this line.
The third, useful if your unable to Hit next and drop a troop, the game will register a full match, the whole 3 Minutes, during a drop out, connection lost and the method above. So dropping a troop, killing the App (double tapping home on an Apple device and swiping the app out) and reloading Clash, while also providing a replay, weirdly, the game will replay the whole 3 minutes even if you dropped a troop 20 seconds before.
Give it a go on the next town hall you see, great for fast take out with an archer or two, with out using lots of troops for a faster take out.
Preferred TH Take Out Troops
I'm basing the following on a Maxed Th10 Troop Comp, and for maximum profit, using one troop and still gaining the XP and little league bonus (Don't knock the 4k, it really adds up after a while) I would always cook up BAM (Barbs, Archers & Minions) Quickest Comp to cook.
The following troops are what take out which Town hall, With out looking at troops DPS.
One Archer Level 7 can take out a Th8 in match time.
One Barbarian Level 7 Can Take Out a Th9
One Minion Level 6 Can take out a Th10
I'm not sure what other level troops can take which Town Halls a bit of practice will let you know.
Bonus's
Defence wins
Another addition to this weeks XP drive I was easily able to amass Defence wins, always great to work towards that silly Unbreakable achievement, to aid in this I boosted my three drills for 90 Gems for 24Hours, players where attacking for "45" DE, I was able to net 11 In 16 minutes, that was my best.
If you don't want to use the gems, try sticking the Drills outside anyway, but if not you will get players dropping troops on your base but at a slower rate at around 5-10 an hour, depending on the strength of your base, well depend at what trophy count you may get a real attack, myself was around 1800-1900, but generally it was a Th9 player trying there luck, stay low in trophies, usually around the 1,000�� Mark is a good place to log out at.
Earned 64 Over Night With the boosted DE Tactic, Went to bed silver and woke up in Crystal.
Loot
As any silver farmer knows, good loot down here, with the XP farming this way, your still able to have a 90-100% Full camp to handle those pleasant surprises!
I'm currently upgrading my level 10's and have done at least 10, in around 6 Days, so not much hinderance on regular farmers.
Xbow & IT Take outs's
Another One (or two) of the huge unnecessary achievements in the game, I have found a lot of Upgrading, building or even overly exposed X-Bows and Inferno Towers, since I started to take note on the count of these about 2 days ago, Iv managed to do approximately 40 Xbows and about 30 Inferno Towers. As well as throwing in a few destroyed from abandoned bases and poorly placed in base layout.
I have generally been looking for new buildings, 3x3 & 2x2 with a quick browse over each bases to see if they have 2/3 Xbows or the 2 Inferno towers, depending on players Town Hall level, after a while you will start to spot them with out much effort, but you will hit a few Air Sweepers & Dark Barracks being built.
My Current Progress
Got a few attacks in to get to the top 10 in my league to show this is up to date with the extended league time and how far into the league I am this season.
