My Clanmates' terrible attacks make me wish I was never alive 😑

Okay so I am a Gold 3 Level 47 player. I was fortunate enough to find a friend who later succeeded in making my clan GREAT. We have three crystals leaguers, 38 players, loyal permanent members, have our own website, and a maxed out TH9 person BUT.

We are bad at wars it's not even funny. We won our first war which is good, but we lost FOUR times and we are about to lose another (We had a Draw too. We could have won but people kept attacking the same target for loot). Okay so we do this thing called "sign up" so that in order for you to participate, you MUST sign up in the chat so they would attack. I am proud to say they DO. EVERYONE attacks. (Although a couple of people use only one) but they are bad at it. I think we lost about two wars or three because Clan crisis happened that caused a lot of war participants to leave, but this is starting to get RIDICULOUS. Now that people are soo bad at attacking, our BEST PLAYERS don't want to be included because they know we would lose. Btw I DONT allow rushers in Wars. For example, this war, the first half hour we attacked THREE TIMES and guess how many stars we scored? One. The enemy number 10 attacked our 10 and how many did HE score? Three. Now we are losing. One of our best war participants left and now there is no hope anymore. What should I do?? I told them to attack with full clan troops and told them to give EVERYTHING they got. What should I do? Should I re-make my clan for it's shameful war log? Or wait for better members?

If your war log looks really bad like my old clans one (11 losses, 1 win), then create a new one because people will join, see the war log and leave. Or, you could only include experienced attackers. If the others say "why am I not in the war?" say "Because you need to learn to attack,". You NEED to be strict if you are going to be the leader of a co leader of a clan. They may not like that they are not in the war, but they need to learn its not okay to plonk their troops anywhere. They need to learn strategy.

Tell the leader to make a strategy not just attack with same numbers... sometimes you need to step up and say it to the leader to bench some players to know they are terrible in attacks..

I have to agree with the others

Your leader HAS to step to the plate and do his job. Clanmates that are holding the clan back should practice war artacks and opt out until they can prove their ability to at least two star opponents. It's all about strategy and coordination, and when people attack freely things usually go bad.

Easy solution. Rule with an iron fist!!! Kick out anybody who doesn't attack in war from your clan. (That's what I do pretty much, and it works)

Pretty much what others have said. Bench ppl who:

-use only 1 attack

-attack for loot

-attack with ridiculous armies or terrible strategy

And kick ppl who:

-Dont attack

-leave their TH exposed
