Is it necessary to upgrade TH 10 with lvl 30 heroes

Gold/Elixir is generally easier to get at TH9.
De is easier to get at TH10.

My only concern in your case would be your lvl 1 Pekkas. If you war at all and move to TH10 you will have to rely on gowipe to 2 star until you get your golems/hounds/freeze spell/heroes leveled up.

If you war and stay at near max Th9, you will start facing early TH10s with an inferno or two. It will start getting annoying, as you don't have the offense to deal with it, like a TH10 does. At worst, just upgrade to TH10 and focus on just upgrading your offense. Even if all you did was the camps and SF, your offense would be much much better and war weight only slightly higher.

Staying at TH9 to max everything is a bad idea, unless you don't war, then it doesn't matter either way. You get an extra DE drill and with the improved offense, will be able to get more storages. I'm at TH10 now and haven't built any new defenses, just the DE drill. I went to TH10 with level a 20BK and 23(now 25)AQ. Still have all TH8 level mortars, cannons and 4 ATs. Lego/lava walls and was maxed lab at TH9(level 2 valks). I purposely didn't upgrade my point D, too keep my war weight down. In war now, I get paired with preemie TH10s or max TH9s and I have 240 troop space, 5 spells, Level 6 wizards and soon Level 5 Pekkas. I only get sniped and have only been 1 starred in the last 6 wars, so who needs the extra D??

It made more sense before the extra war weight to Walls and heroes.

Depending on how high you're talking about this is kind of a myth. My th9 has been floating in champs three for about the last month doing the last of my hero levels and almost always just get sniped, keep in mind I always have at least one hero down and for 2-3 days have both down. With a little focus I've been able to outpace my th10 in dark elixir procurement as well, even without the 3rd drill. Just for reference my queen is currently going to 28 and king is at 27.

This for the win. Straight from the horse's mouth. If the grind is too much for you then move up but definitely worth staying if you can handle it.

Th 9 and pekka is level 1.... sorry that hurts my head. As far as hero's it is so much easier. to farm De as a th ten but......you will also have things you will be spending d e on.. golems.hounds..not sure if your an air guy or a ground guy....lvl 4 minions...lvl 1 pekka...so IMO those are key troops to alotmof armies. So max pekka and minions do hero's when.you have extra d e and start saving for th ten upgrade. FYI the first month of being th ten can be a little orvewhelming if your not ready for it.

I maxed my TH10 relying on barch... It's funny to see how many TH9 are telling everybody you cannot farm decently being a TH10 altough they have never been there. That's simply totally wrong !

Me too. I switched from giants/healer combo @ TH 6 to Barch and have never had a problem. I have 3 cannons left to upgrade so I'll be maxed TH10 in a week or so. (excluding walls of course). I feel too many ppl hide behind a maxed TH 9 w/ their hogs & loons. Harden up ppl. Game starts @ TH 10.

Have my queen at lv 30 and king going to lv 25, going to finish up maxing my king at th9..... have about 80 lavas or so to go.. I'm in no rush to go to th10, but as soon as my king is lv 30, I'll be hitting that upgrade button...


Only thing I have left to really do in spell factory is upgrade the new dark spells, finished doing the drag.. but those aren't a big concern of mine at the moment...
